As a partner, Alexander Nefzger is responsible for the bank and capital market law area.
He advises banks, investors, companies and private persons in all types of financing, especially national and international corporate, acquisition, asset, property and project financing. Furthermore, he has extensive experience in the areas of restructuring, leasing, factoring and forfeiting as well as insurance supervisory, banking supervisory and capital investment law.
Furthermore, Alexander Nefzger advises and represents his clients in commercial and corporate law, in M&A transactions and building and architect law. He also carries out processes for this clients in all aforementioned fields of law.
After successfully passing both state law examination with distinction and his doctorate (summa cum laude) on banking law awarded with the faculty award, Alexander Nefzger was working as a lawyer in two leading major international law firms in the area of banking and finance and accompanied numerous high-volume national and international financing projects Subsequently, as the company lawyer of one of the largest German commercial banks, he was the key contact person for the area of leasing and factoring.
